Bad service at KFC Birch Acress Mall

i went to Birch Acres mall to buy lunch , i was told they ar currently running a special for R100 6pix with mash and coslow i should change my order i have done that when i wen to go collect my order from a very rude lady on the last window with the name of sebabatso who then started started shouting at the lady that was assisting me ''ungisibenzisa kabuhlungu why did you change the order'' she shouted at me as a client told me to go seat by the parking area i had to wait and wait and wait for my order i then went inside to go collect it sebabatso she shouted again the order is not ready , only to find out my order has been seating there its getting cold i have requested the store manager Mpho i had to wait again for the manager to come talk to me and he did not
