Bad service at KFC Alex Mall

I have received the worst service ever from KFC at Alex Mall. After mid-night on a weekend they treat everyone who is buying there s if they are drunk and are not in their right minds. The service becomes terrible and when you talk to them they treat you like a fool. The manager, with name tag Nkalakatha, is just as bad. When I asked for the full names of the person who assisted me he gave me an incorrect name. I then told him that the other cashier had given me a different name before he came he then said it was his mistake. As a manager he is not even resolving complaints accordingly and will just dismiss your complaint. They even refused to provide the contact details of the area manager.
