Bad service at Kfc

What a bad service at kfc. I bought a family treat that comes with 2 large chips and 3 sides of your choice. I bought it amd I went home, to my surprise when I'm dishing for my kids, the xhips were not there. I went out of my way the following to go back to the shop and complain. I was told that if something like that happens, they just give whatever that was missing on the order. Meaning that this usually happens on a regular basis. On top of that, I was buying that for my kids who were at school when I was there to complain. I asked them what am I suppossed to do with 2 packets of chips. The lady who's a manager seems to not care that I was ****** at kfc and on top of that I wasn't paid back no matter how the chips were. I mean its not about refund, but principle. I was expecting the lady to be sincere and apologise, not to give me an attitude. I dont think I'll visit that branch anylonger.

Getting ****** after spending about R200 is uncalled for and R200 might be nothing to some people but to me its a lof of money.

Kfc at Selgro center in Pietermaritzburg, you'll never see my face on your shop again.
