BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST

I went to buy KFC in silverton near kit kat, the service is Poor...NO POOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, THE CORRECT DESCRIPTION IS BAD! I ordered food at 21:40 and only got my order at 22:15, no one came to us to explain what was the hold up or advise why the que is on a stand still. Who ever the manager is or supervisor...NO SHAME YOU ARE A BAD MANAGER. I hope the owner fires you and your stuff because he loosing money because of your laziness and lacking accountability. I will never buy from that KFC ever and i urdge people to buy from other franchises because that KFC does not offer value for money.
