Bad service at Ikageng gate kfc

Good day. I need your help.it's not the first time,actually every time I buy food at kfc situated in potchefstroom,ikageng at the ikageng gate shopping centre.the service is bad and,not only I,but a whole lot of customers have to wait for more then 10 minutes to order their food because the till is empty while they are attending the drive through only.this is undermining behaviour.furthermore,you wait even longer for your order-not even an explanation is given.they do not put their customers first.
