Bad service at Edenvale Jfc

I bought a meal at Bedford Centre kfc, take away Was very hungry , I ate while I driving , the roll was of it expired a day before , bb 23/09/2019.

I was already on the highway, I stopped at Edenvale kfc, they called the manager (SHONI) she asked me to drive back to Bedford gardens to sort my problem, with attitude. I felt like I was at Tembisa Hospital / Government department, there they tell you where to get off,

So I paid R10.00 for rotten roll and was asked to drive 20 kilometers , to sort out my nonsense caused by kfc. I had a receipt she could see that the roll was off,

That woman is very rude , I wonder how did she get the position, she had no respect for clients , SHONI is so unprofessional,
