Bad service at Drivetry Kfc Galvandale PE

This lady at drive through is very nasty. I ordered a sundae she gives is to me without a lid and when complaining about it she jist left me to be served by someone else. This is kfc in PE at Galvandale her name is Joanie and she is very rude
