Bad service at drive through

Waited on the drive through at KFC dlamini junction, order was take and waited other 10 minutes to get to the first window to pay. Only to be told that they can’t make me pay using my card. They should have disclosed that when I was giving my order. It’s really not fair that one has to wait this long to be told that I can’t pay. We stay in modern days when safety comes first, we can’t be carrying cards when the is virtual cards. You need to move with the times and be up to date.
