Bad service at Bedfordview shopping center kfc.

I went to KFC in Bedfordview at around 14:00, to ordered 2x twister folders and order ticket was 155, it was pretty busy. As I was placing my order there was a commission between a client and a cashier, in my I thought this client was rude. Got my ticket stepped aside waiting for my order, I ended up taking a seat, you could see from the clients faces that they’ve been long waiting. They prepared orders for people I found there, people who came after me were called to get their orders, I knew my ordered doesn’t take long to prepare, People came ordered and left!! While I was still there.

It’s then when I went to the counter to asked what happened to my order, they were then calling order no174 and so it started an argument between the KFC employers about my order. I was so aggravated, I asked to speak to their manager, she came and asked them same argument about why this one did not do it , she only prepared 1 , after I waited for almost 30 minutes,

I then demanded to be given contact numbers for a store manager, she took my receipt and wrote some landline, I retaliated that I needed cellphone numbers for a store manager, the supervisor left. There was also an elderly couple who threatened to report them,

I waited she did not come back, I got irritated that I just left, What I want to know is why you are disrespecting your client, there are many fast foods out there, or is my R99,80 I spent there not worth it, Which satisfaction guaranteed are you referring to, that half of your clients live unhappy (Dissatisfied),I regretted why I didn’t go to Mc Donald’s down the road,
