Bad Service at a drive trhu

Took the onerous task of reporting bad service and bad attitude and requesting feedback. A week later I get an email to say the case has been resolved. NO one called me, no one emailed me and nothing was done. Terrible that this company does not really care about customer service. Eventually they will pay the price.
