BAD SERVICE AS USUAL FROM KFC BELLVILLE

Good day,

It with sadness that I write to you again regarding a complaint from the same KFC. The KFC I am referring to is based in Bellville, Corner Strand And, Van Tromp.

Everyday I walk in to this KFC, there is always a client screaming/complaining. This KFC is close to where I stay. In three occasions I have ordered online, after fetching my order and returning home my order was incorrect. This did not really bother me although it was inconvenient for me to go back to the restaurant.

On Saturday the 5th of February was the tip of the iceberg, I went through the drive through to make my order and the lady just screamed while I wanted to make my order. The lady serving was incredibly rude and dismissive, fueled with anger I drove to the first window and to my surprise there was no-one cause she had fled her post.

I then drove to the second window only to find all the workers in one huddle having a big fat laugh, I asked nicely who is the lady serving by the audio box and one of the workers just said "We don't know" then they continued laughing.

If those audio box record like they should, could someone please look into the recording as this is super disappointing. Head office KFC really needs to step in when it comes to that KFC.
