Bad service - as usual!

I visited KFC on Steve Biko Road and Hertzhog, Pretoria. We went to the drive thru and purchased ice cream. Except the 1 ice cream that fell onto the floor before it even came to our windows.. The ice creams were melting! I thought the one ice cream was badly melting fast, I returned it and requested for another one. While they took it for replacement, the staff starts loudly gossiping of which ofcos we could hear.. They were saying why should we even replace it! They should be greatful..! So I politely asked the gentleman serving us if there was a problem here?! He just looked and at me. Didn't even say a word. So we drove off. Did I mention the ice creams tasted like coffee and not like vanilla?! Let's not start about the stale cones. Kfc didn't disappoint with the bad service. These days we just pray the food is fresh.. Getting good service is a bonus!
