Bad service and wrong order

I went to KFC rifle range road in Haddon today the 15th of Dec 2019.. And I ordered 2 bucket for ones and a street wise one. When I was on my way home I checked the bag and my street wise one wasn't there.. and the lady that was on duty tonight confirmed that everything was there... I went back to get the streetwise and she put it in the packet... but it wasn't the right. I ordered the masala chicken and I didn't get that...

Your shouldnt hire people that don't know how to work. I wasted petrol going up and down just for one streetwise one... I expect better service from a well know franchise. This is unacceptable
