Bad service and worse food

Stopped for breakfast this morning, the cashier asked if I was paying cash or card, when I told her I was paying cash she rang up one of my meals, said she couldn't load the other and I must pay for it. When she saw I was reluctant she called her supervisor. I then received my food and realized that I was given chicken from the day before. The skin was soggy and soft and the chicken was dry. Absolutely disappointing. I'm normally there more than once a week but I'll never go back!!!
