Bad service and waiting and hour for dunked wings

I have such anger in me for the way I was treat by your staff.

Last night at 19:53 I came in Jabulani KFC with a craving for Dunked Wings. I bought and left as I saw the line was long. Came back 40mins later. My order was not ready and all the people who were in from from where all gone only new buyers. I cam saw dunked wings and they said they are not mine my wings will will come out after mins where they have the wings I saw to this lady and asked to see her slip and she only bought her wings at 8:20.

I decided to wait for the 7 mins and when to next door, the McDonald's got a Frappy which took about 10mins. As I head back called out to the Waitress again by the name Refilwe she looked at my slip and gave away my next of wings again.

Again I had to wait for dunked wings I paid for an hour ago. I am highly disappointed at how the treat us at Jabulani mall. And this is not the first time I'm having problems there. Its really high time they do something about this. Worst part is I had request an Bolt and cost me more money to have them to wait so I paid twice as much for dunked wings and very bad service.
