Bad service and waited to long

Went to get KFC at new market KFC was no. 0037, waiting and waiting calling numbers way past me, ask them what’s going on to get completely ignored, asked again for a guy to say it’s coming, waited 30mins for a take away that was cold except for wings (which supposedly the reason my order took so long) the snack burger looked like disgusting all squashed, chips were half full and no serviettes or sauces, was really bad service , won’t go there again
