Bad service and unhygienic food served.

I placed my order online to avoid the Qs as it's the 25th and they will probably be swamped. I paid online and chose a collection time, to get there to wait another 20 mins for my order. I've approached 3 of the ladies working behind the counter requesting assistance as I have placed my order online already and now i still have to wait for my food. When I got home with the food, I was so disgusted my spicy salt packets were in between my chicken, my chips portions were half full, and the chicken looked like someone's leftover chicken they started eating already. i have sent an email to their customer care, just for the lady to have an attitude with me while we were on the line, but nothing got resolved as she just said they will resolve this internally.
