Bad service and unfair treatment

I waited for over an hour have been paid for my order ,when I addressed the issue with the one of the waiters I just got I will get back to you as if I didn't exist and she proceeded to continue to serve other people.It got to the point where I tried to raise the issue but ,three of the people who work there where attacking me implying that I am lying,and did not pay, the workers seem to be at ease and I had waited over an hour.only to find that I was not at fault but one of the workers had swapped my receipt for somebody else even so having to realise what they have done I received no apology and the whole situation that had transpired made me feel like I didn't belong there and was unfairly treated
