Bad service and underhanded behavior at KFC

Disgusting service, untrained and rude staff, never got my entire order, once again. Never got what I paid for, once again???? Totally unacceptable and that's *****... Called the store KFC Blouberg got half hearted promise to fix it. On returning to the store I was abused by bad attitudes and no refund nor replacement meal. ********** as I have paid for that entire order? I was handled badly by the staff and Yes, Disgusting, My order was not replaced at all. They now renage on that promise and I to date can't get my over R300 till slip out of them. Contact head office and not even they can get it resolved. They keep calling me to see if the store has compiled? Disgusting service at KFC stores and head office. The Marine Circle Blouberg Kentucky has been extremely bad for many years and this is not my first complaint. I have constantly had wrong orders, delayed orders and coupled with Extremely bad behaviour this is a recipe for disaster, KFC. You clearly need some business advising? No free advice here as I as a business expert, really shudder to think how you still in business. Your staff are looking for guidance from me KFC. Clearly when the service center asks me advice as the store will not comply and simply says its sorted. Shame on you all... Clearly lockdown has made it even more difficult to do business or not, No? No answer required....
