Bad service and treatment

The last time I was in Pretoria, I had a bad experience at KFC. When they addressed my complaint, they told me to let them know the next time I was in Pretoria so they could provide me with another meal. Now that I'm reaching out to them, they are asking me so many questions—KFC Pretoria is just not reliable.
