Bad Service and The worst Customer experience

<p>I have experienced the worst customer experience from KFC clearwater Mall from ordering to receiving my delivery. The first time was about a week ago where i waited over an hour for my order and the lady taking my order was not paying attention when i provided instruction regarding my order. I then was like okay let me let it slide this time round after the manager called and apologised and assured me that it wont happen again. But then today i decided to order again thinking i will receive better service, but no that was not the case. I called at 13:30 and ordered received my order only at 14:30 which is way after the promised order time. only find that my order was missing some stuff i had ordered. i am really not pleased with such service from KFC as it is becoming a habit and their stupid sorrys are not making any difference.</p>
