Bad service and stinky attitude from KFC west street

I went to KFC yesterday around 6:30 pm and we waited for more than 40 minutes in the queue no one was taking the order instead they all decided to distribute the orders and clean the floor. A lady who was supposed to be taking orders at the till her name is Samke started doing cash up while we were waiting for assistance, more than 10 customers were waiting in the queue, she then went to her supervisor Tholile to tell us that there's no meat and that she wants to go home because she has a child she is not willing to work after 7. Tholile her supervisor refused to tell us that and asked her to take orders but she refused and started doing her cash up while we were in the queue then she left us unattended and went to distribute orders. I then asked her to call her manager, the lady by the name of Lungi came and just stood there she didn't see anything wrong about what was happening until Nokwanda came she started taking orders after a lady by the name of Nozipho **** to us and said there's no meat and started to clean the floors while we were waiting. This is the worst customer service and we always get it from this branch, sometimes you would go in at 6pm and not get the meat though they close at 7pm. They should learn to cater for month ends.
