bad service and stale mini loaf

thank you kfc table bay for selling me a stale mini loaf. just notice after taking the first bite?. took my streewise 2 as well as the stale mini loaf back and Tanya (the manager) refused to give me my money back. she said sorry i cannot give you YOUR money because there was nothing wrong with the streetwise but i can replace your order???? WHY would i want my meal back after i took a bite of a stale mini loaf while i was eating my chicken isnt that sickening. The is so unacceptable and i am so disgusted with their customer service.
