Bad Service and Stale Food

I sent my complaint via your Facebook page on the 05/06/2021 and the matter is still not attended to, I then sent an email to your customer services complaints dept and no luck. This is a complaint for KFC Blaauwberg Tableview. I ordered my food online and when I got to the store I had to wait 30-45mins.. firstly I was amused by the attitude of the cashier towards another customer who was waiting long for her order the manner she was responding to her was so uncalled for. After having to wait for 30mins for my order I was told the chicken is finished therefore needed to wait for another 15-20mins.. Got my order when I got home I was flabbergasted with the food I got served. The quality was disgusting , Your kfc stuff lack respect for your customers for what they pay for. The chicken was over fried, it was dry with no taste I didn’t even finish the chicken due non-enjoyment .. the nuggets had no taste , they didn’t taste the same as the other KFC I usually go to. See pictures of the twister I got served-this for me is a sign of disrespect.. this is suppose to be a sweet chilli twister.. I couldn’t call the store as it was late already and the time I left the store I was the last customer and that was before their closing time and they kept on telling clients they not making more chicken because they are closing. I’m requesting KFC to refund me my money,paying R170 for this filth is so uncalled for.
