Bad service and staff attitude at KFC Broadway in Durban North

What a bad experience at KFC Broadway. Walked in at 8:40pm and the shop closes at 10pm and I was told that I should go to another KFC as they didn't keep ready made chicken at this time of the day, they only make on order. That's really not good if the shop is left with over an hour before they close. That's not the level of service that I expect from this franchise, unless I'm told it's common practice across board. I'm really disappointed with the service and the staff attitude and the audacity to tell me to go to another branch. Please address this as I would hate to spread the news about the level of experience recieved.
