Bad service and short supp****

Last night we went to kfc tokai. Took us 25minutes through the drive through, the lady told us it will take 2 minutes to prepare our order, we must wait in the parking. 22h26 we were served, 22h45 my husband went to check on our meals. They forgot about the order. By 22h57 we received it. They Refused to help him carry the food to the car, short supp**** our chips and dumped 5 summer box meals in one bag. The fanta had no gas in it, no ketchup and they could only give us 2 straws. By the time we got home we realised the chips was short supp****. I called the manager to complain as well. This is not the first time we experience bad service. We stayed away from KFC for years due to it.
