Bad service and *******'s

I have ordered with KFC on the 1st of March 2023 order no.as a subject line,my order was not delivered for what ever reason(poor services) ,my order was cancelled without my knowledge,no one bothered to communicate with me as to why my order was cancelled.(bad service) ,I called it to ask why,they told me I will receive my refund after 24 hours ,then after 24 hours I called in again I was told my refund will be after 14 days right?

On the 10th of March 2023 I got a notification on my phone of a reversal an amount of R131.59 and the after a split second another motivation of a purchase of R123.59 I am asking myself what is going on I am being ****med by KFC ?
