Bad service and rudeness

My name is maria.i went to purchase lunch at KFC randburg center yesterday.i was with my fren.we ate there and after that i asked to use the ladies toilet.i was told by the cashier to bring proof of purchase first and i was sitting right in the front tables with so many shoping bags.i had to look for it and i was pressed.i looked and found it.she called a guy called lefa to open for me.i asked lefa y do they request for a reciept even wen they saw i bot and ate there. Lefa passed me and said with a loud ride voice..m tired of answering this stupid questions..if u have a problem deal with it..he then opend and went to stay woth his frend.i blv he is a secirity guard.he was wearing a red shirt printed in black and formal black pants.
