Bad service and poor food quality

Good day I would like to bring under your attention that I had been to your store in Glen Marais attached copy invoice of when my order was placed. I have patiently waited for my order eventually stood up after 30minutes and went to ask how far is my order as there were customers who ordered after me and had left, the lady assisting looked at me and turned around. Another sit down client came to scream as she also wanted to know why her order was taking over an hour. I then again asked what is going on and no answers. They completely ignored me. After a few clients started complaining they took my slip, I asked the lady is there a problem and she said I must just wait. Practically every client that placed an order complained about the service and had waited long. My issue is that they need to communicate with clients to advise what is going, their attitude us unacceptable. After raising my voice for the 3rd time and asked to cancel my order and requested a refund the manager came to apologize and worked on my order. I eventually received my food at 7:01pm. This is absolutely ridiculous, only to get home and did not receive what I ordered the food was cold, chips was hard because it got so cold and extremely horrible even my 2 small kids said they never want to eat KFC ever again. I expect something to be done about the attitude of the ladies getting the food ready because under no circumstances does it give them the right to be rude to paying customers.
