Bad service and not good food

I want to complain about the service at the new KFC in Colorado park in Mitchell's plain that opened recently. My husband bought two buckets for one and 2 masala meal 2 weeks ago, We were billed for the masala meal but we received street wise 2's The chicken was so dry and hard that I gave it to the dogs Today the 25/12/2019 we bought the two buckets for one again and to masala meals and the one bucket had hair in it and had to through it away. We didn't take it back as we took an uber to the Kfc. This is not on and this is a new KFC that had just opened and the service is pathetic. I would really not recommend anyone to go to that Kfc
