BAD SERVICE AND LONG WAIT

On Saturday the 09 December at 23:00, my husband and I went to KFC drive thru in Lambton Germiston to get a late dinner, when we arrived there were only about 5 cars in the queue, so we waited. When we got to the voice machine to place the order, all the lady said was last window. So we waited for the other cars to move forward but they didnt, we waited for half an hour in the queue. When we got to the last window, the lady didn't greet us at all and was standing, folding her arms, we ordered the summer box and burger. When my husband asked for no wing piece of chicken, the lady said nastily that it doesn't come with a wing which was not necessary to make a nasty remark like that. When we wanted to pay via card, she said we must come into the KFC as the card machine is not working by the drive thru, we were very annoyed as we could of just gone in at first, and why was only the last window open and no sign stating that it would take longer then expected and a sign also stating that only cash was accepted at the drive thru, we were so angry that we drove off and went to Mc Donalds which only took 5 minutes.

I am very disappointed with the customer service, as the lady didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, if she did we wouldn't of driven off and gone inside as I do understand its not always there fault. I am very hesitant to go back to that KFC due to the above issue, and that is the only KFC in our area. I did not get the ladies name but she was working at the drive thru at 23:30, she should be dealt with as her customer service was terrible.
