Bad service and lack of stock at KFC Mmabatho

I ordered 2 of the R29.90 specials on whatsapp and when I got to the KFC Mmabatho store I was told by the cashier they don't have burgers. When I asked what they will substitute it with she said they don't substitute. Waisted my time and petrol to drive all the way for nothing.
