Bad service and forever out of stock.

Can the owners or Manager at KFC Lion Pride in Cosmo please do something about their forever out of stock items, if its not out of stock, its not ready, and the service is very terrible... I stay very close to the outlet, and i promised my self and family will never go back there. My wife made contact with the manager (whos number is on the notice board inside) but still no change.
