Bad service and food

I've just been to KFC Athlone, I explained my order twice to the lady and she assured me that she heard everything but when they brought our food luckily I checked cause this happened to me many times the order was totally incorrect and I had to do the run around I mean why does this always happen by the Time I got home the food was all cold and didn't even want to eat anymore I'm so tired of this KFC honestly
