Bad service and even worse food

Yet again another day of pathetic service at KFC primrose. The lady taking the order at the drive through has such a bad attitude towards customers. After repeating my order about 6 times she still managed to get it wrong. Then still has the audacity to argue with me. They then made me wait 20 mins in store only to receive my order and find out my burger is not stacked literally and my fillet in my burger is more like a chunk of biltong that's how hard and rubbery it is. It is sad guess you don't really care about your food and service quality any more
