Bad service and delivery more than 2 hours late

I have place a order at 12.25 its is now 14.31 my order as not been delivered as yet . I have called the delivery service to query about my order the manager yvonne was screaming at me advising me that she was not on duty and she is jus going her job promised my order will be here in 2 mins but still no arrival .what kind of manager screams at the customer . My kids were waiting to have lunch and fell asleep. The worst service a customer can recieve.
