Bad service and Covid-19 regulations not followed

Hi, I went to buy supper at the KFC in Thokoza, next to shoprite. After placing my order I waited for more than 35minutes. What is worse is that when the guy who assisted me called my order he was very rude. I gave him the slip (order no 37) and he put it away and called order no34. The guy with this order stood directly next to me, he was wearing his mask on his chin, when I asked him to cover his mouth he refused. When I asked him to keep a safe following distance he refused. And all this while, the KFC assistant (Msele) did not bother to reprimand this guy. Instead he told me that he's doing me a favor by assisting me.

So all in all, I was served food 35min after placing an order and what's worse is that the staff at KFC do not care about COVID-19 regulations. Some people don't wear masks and get away with it, secondly there's no social distancing.

I'm very disappointed, franchises in the townships think it's ok not to fully follow Covid-19 regulations. Instead we are told we are being made "favors" by being served.

Very disappointing indeed.
