Bad service and complaints not being acknowledged

Never have I been pushed this far...Several occasions I have visited the KFC in DAWN PARK, I’ve never been there impressed with their disgusting service they just give to customers. How does one run a company and place *********** people behind the counters expecting the business to run smoothly??? Then when several complaints are being lodged, they are never taken serious... KFC MANAGEMENT OR who ever in charge of recruiting their staff, must make sure they go through intensive training on how to treat customers because clearly it doesn’t bother them...
