Bad service and cold, tough food

I went to KFC at Watergate Mall in Mitchells Plain at approximately 20:55 on Wednesday 24 October 2018. I placed my order at the drive through and paid for the order. That was basically the fastest and nicest part of the "visit". The drive through was empty so it came as a surprise that the woman at the window said it will take two minutes for my order to be done and she asked me to park in front then she will bring the food after the two minutes are done. I waited about 7 minutes before I decided to go into the store to check on the prder that was supposed to be brought to me in 2 minutes. The lady at the counter went to the back to see if my order was done. I ordered 2 wicked zinger box meals, a colonel burger meal and a streetwise 5 with extra large chips. The other lady came to me with a packet and there was only 1 box meal, the colonel burger meal and the streetwise 5. She went back and got me another zinger box meal and I left. The streetwise 5's chicken was almost completely cold for food that was apparently just finished and the chips of all meals were cold. The mash and gravy was not nice as the mash was stiff already and the gravy was coagulated. The chicken fillets on the zinger burgers were so tough we literally had to fight with it so we could bite through. This is really pathetic service and food. It was actually disgusting and I would like something done about it as I am extremely unhappy. Extremely slow service on a dead night and bad food does not sit good with me at all.
