Bad service and cold meals

We bought our meals last night... Wrong orders she took down... Cold dried small pieces chicken... Cold mash and gravy... Spoke to management he was of no help cashiers laughing at us wen we complained... Do not kfc at Suncoast guys... Worst ever bad service from all of the staff
