Bad Service and Cold Food

Went to KFC graaf reinet this morning 06h20. Ordered 2 Colonel burgers and 8 x spicy wings. Got told we cant be helped first as it was shift change and no cashier. Manager then assist when i complained. Recieved OLD Cold burgers. Wings from yesterday or old wings food was cold. No serviettes no till slip. Bad service and really bad food. I want this escalated to top management. I insist on a refund! Disgusting of kfc to feed people old food.
