bad service and business strategy

<p>On the 15march i decided to buy your pap meal n was shocked by the size of pap dished out even my son doesnt eat that size of pap then to top it all they always take our ten cents with no explanation and make bad remarks when u ask for your ten cent which happens to be my money then toilets are always locked i dont know if they are for customers or their personal use .fix this kfc is wack</p>
