Bad service and bad management

<p>I went to Kfc pelican park 1st the lady at the til tel me my R1 is **** and its not it had a small mark on it they cal the manager Vuliswa she tells me i wont take youre R1 and u can do whateva u want i get my oder slussie crusher and the give me only a straw i ask for a s**** the lady yells at me and tells me give me my straw back so i ask how must i suck ice cream with a straw still rude and yelling at me and the manager do nothing this is the second time i have trouble with this manager at the same kfc </p>
