bad service and bad food

KFC Keywest does not seem to have a manager ...... when we collected our food, we all ways check to see if everything is there. We all ways seem to get bad service at keywest branch. There was no spicy salt given to us , so how can we eat your DRY chips . As we waited for 5 min for salt at the DRIVE IN . We watch as they scramble around in boxes for salt but taking there time and helping other costumers that was after us like they almost forgot about us... so that is one dry chips with no salt. But all sobad food as Ii have ordered sprinkle pops and they where so dry and not nice too eat . Most of my pops was just flour and no chicken in it. I live for sprinkle pops but the bad food I just got from them is changing my decision. I should have stick with Mc Donals instead. At least they have a manager in charge , good service, fresh made food , and great service and not lazy to open a new box of salt so that people can enjoy there meals.
