Bad service and bad attitude of KFC staff at Blue downs

This is my second experience with bad service and attitude. First time the forgot to pack in my burgers and pops and had to drove 10 km to pick it up with no smile. Than today i had to wait 20 minutes for my wings after i ask both and cashiers and the manager whats the hold up. Neither of which acknowledge me, the manager just looked at me and went to the back. When i complaint about the wings thats cold and hard and explaining to him im late for work since i have been waiting for 20 minutes. He took the wings and went to the back. I left without my money and supper. I would like to get as response before the new year. Your stores must remember if its not for your customers you and your staff will have no jobs. Your service leaves much up to be desired for!!!
