bad service and bad

hi,<br> <br> I visited the kfc at suncoast in durban last night after a long day of fasting<br> <br> the service and product I received was the worst I've experienced in my life! and thats no exaggeration<br> <br> the staff did not even greet my wife and I let alone smile at us, they actually didnt look very happy working there at all<br> <br> we placed our order and decided we'd go for a walk while waiting for the food<br> <br> when we got back to the store our food was ready, but the staff where so engrossed in their own conversation that they paid us no mind whatsoever!<br> <br> when I enquired about my order, the cashier just pointed to another lady standing not so far off and just looked away<br> <br> I had to raise my voice to get their attention and eventually they came and gave my order to me<br> <br> i felt so upset and disgusted that I wanted to ask for a refund there and then, but I could see on my wife's face how hungry she was so I just took my food and left<br> <br> when I sat down to eat my crunch burgers at home, I cannot explain how dry and hard the fillet was, not to mention how old and brown it looked<br> <br> I could not bite into the burger at all, it was absolutely stale<br> <br> I cannot believe the kind of service I've received!
