bad service and attitude

The bad service and attitude that I got today from KFC Hammanskraal is sickening. Me and my partner arrived at KFC 6:03am, and the door were closed but the drive thru window was open. so we went to the drive thru window to ask what time does the restaurant open cause we wanted to sit in. The KFC staff member named Pretty, didn't give a response but instead she spoke to one of her colleague laughing saying " he he they want to sit in". Then I said yes, we would like to sit in and according to the trading hours the store on Mon to Thurs is 6:00 to 21:30. She just ignored us and went to the other side of the window, we went and ask her whats her name cause I am going to lodge a complaint and she said what do want with my name and she covered her name tag, then I asked her to call the manager and then she said I am the one who wants the manager so I should call the manager myself. That's when I yelled on the window asking for the manager, the manager come through and we told her what happened and how rude that lady was and told her that we asked for her name and she refused and hid her name tag. That's how we know that the Lady's name is Pretty. By the time we spoke with the manager it was 6:20am, the manager (Joyce) didn't even try to assist or even apologize on behalf of her subordinate what she said was that the cant open for sit in because they don't have a cashier in front. So we decided to leave cause clearly the managers is letting the staff members to do as they please so the was no use of saying anything further but to leave.
