Bad service always

The kfc at chris hani crossing.wow they always do a good job at giving a bad service.this is my second review on them and without fail they continue to have a bad attitude towards customers.thy are always out of stock of one thing or another.why not just close down?

As for the people who work here,its like they dont want to be here.the person taking the order alwayd behaves like thy are doing you a favour.like why?
