Bad service always

The kfc at chris hani crossing in vosloorus is becoming a mess by the day.Everytime i go there theres something out of stock.To add on that they need to teach their employees a thing or two about customer service.This other day i stood in a long queue only to get in front on the line to be told that they dont have crushers.i enquired as to why they did not put a sign that said no stock so people know before joining the queue,the lady gave me such a bad attitude.That was only one day,the other day i went to go buy a twister was told they dont have twisters what happened after that was the worst, i asked for the manager.They told me the manager is coming, i waited to a good 10 min only to b told the manager is busy.i left.i took all da names of the people who assisted me on all the times i went there,however im not going to mention any names since i feel the entire staff needs to b taught a out client service,the manager included. They just dont care about their customers.
