Bad service again

Very unhappy I ordered a bucket for 1 and mini loaf at KFC Sandridge. My mini loaf was not in there however I was charged for it and the small coldrink also was not included. This is the second time I ordered there and no mini loaf included, last time I drove back unfortunately this time my lunch was almost over. I'm very unhappy
